The course offered is for year one diploma student. It aims to give exposure to students of the concept of Fiqh and Shar'iah and the roles of Maqasid al-Shari'ah in Islamic ruling. This course also develops students to have better understanding about the utilization of sources of Islamic law and the importance of Islamic Legal Maxims. Both practical and theoretical approaches applied.
